शबैंवि. पीसीबी. 11 /16.26,000/ 08-09.-रिज़र्व बैंक को इस बात का समाधान हो जाने पर कि जनहित , जमाकर्ताओं के हित तथा बैंकिंग नीति के हित में बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 24 क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , ऐसा करना आवश्यक है , रिज़र्व बैंक एतद्वारा अधिसूचित करता है कि प्राथमिक ( शहरी ) सहकारी बैंकों को , अगला आदेश जारी होने तक , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 18 के अंतर्गत आरक्षित नकदी निधि अनुपात ( सीआरआर ) बनाए रखने अथवा उपर्युक्त अधिनियम , 1949 की धारा 56 के साथ पठित धारा 24 के अंतर्गत निर्धारित नकद , स्वर्ण या भार - रहित अनुमोदित प्रतिभूतियों के रूप में आस्तियां बनाए रखने की बाध्यता से , उनके द्वारा आईडीबीआई बैंक लि. चालू खाता में जमा की गई जमाराशियों की सीमा तक छूट दी जाती है ।

PCB . 11/ 16.26.000/08-09.-Whereas Reserve Bank is satisfied that in public interest, in the interest of depositors and in the interest of the banking policy, it is necessary so to do , in exercise of powers conferredby Section 24A read with Section 56 ofBanking Regulation Act, 1949 , the Reserve Bank hereby notifies thatprimary (urban) co -operative banks , are exempted, till further order, from the obligation of maintenance of cash reserve ratio (CRR) under section 18 or assets in the form ofcash, gold or unencumbered approved securities under Section 24 read with section 56 of the Banking Regulation Act, 1949, to the extent of the amounts deposited by them with IDBI Bank Limited, in current account .
