सा.का.नि. 13( अ), सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 ( 1962 का 52 ) की धारा 7 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( कक) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत सरकार के वित्त मंत्रालय ( राजस्व विभाग ) की अधिसूचना सं. 12/ 1997-सीमा .. शुल्क ( गैटै ) सा.का.नि. 193 (अ ) , दिनांक 2 अप्रैल , 1997 में पुनः निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
उक्तअधिसूचना में, सारणी में क्रम संख्या 8 के स्थान पर, जो कि मध्य प्रदेश राज्य से संबंधित है, मद सं (v ) के पश्चात्, कॉलम ( 3 ) में निम्नलिखित मदें और कॉलम ( 4 ) में तद्नुरूपी प्रविष्टियों के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-

G.S.R. 13 (E ) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (aa) ofsub- section ( 1 ) of Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue) , No. 12/97 - Customs (N.T. ) , No. G.S.R. 193(E), dated the 2nd April, 1997, namely:--
Inthe Table to the said notification against serial number 8 , relating to the State of Madhya Pradesh, after item (v) , the following items in column (3) and the corresponding entries in column (4) shall respectively be inserted, namely: -
