प्रवासी भारतीय कार्य मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 5 जनवरी , 2009
का.आ. 36(अ).-नागरिकता अधिनियम , 1955 ( 1955 का 57) की धारा 7ख की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और भारत सरकार के गृह मंत्रालय के दिनांक 11 अप्रैल , 2005 के का.आ. 542 ( अ ) तथा प्रवासी भारतीय कार्य मंत्रालय के दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 2007 के का.आ. 12 ( अ ) के क्रम में, केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा निम्नलिखित अधिकारों का उल्लेख करती है जिनके लिए उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 7क के अंतर्गत प्रवासी भारतीयों के रूप में पंजीकृत व्यक्ति पात्र होंगे , अर्थात्:-
S. O. 36(E) . In exercise of the powers conferredby sub-section ( 1 ) of Section 7B of the Citizenship Act, 1955 (57 of 1955), and in continuation of the notifications ofthe Government ofIndia in the Ministry ofHome Affairs number S.O. 542(E) , dated the 11th April , 2005 and in the Ministry ofOverseasAffairs S.O. 12(E) , dated the 6th January , 2007, the Central Government hereby specifies the following rights to which the persons registered as the overseas citizen of India under Section 7A of the said Act, shall be entitled, namely:-
(क) निम्नलिखित के संबंध में अनिवासी भारतीयों के बराबर समानता;-
(i ) भारत में राष्ट्रीय स्मारकों, ऐतिहासिक स्थलों और संग्रहालयों में भ्रमण के लिए लिया जाने वाला प्रवेश शुल्क;
(a) parity with non-resident Indian in respect of,. (1) entry fees to be charged for visiting the national monuments , historical sites and museums in India;
( ii) संबंधित अधिनियमों में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में, भारत में निम्नलिखित व्यवसाय करना :
(ii) pursuing the following professions in India, in pursuance of the provisions contained in the relevant Acts , namely:-
(a ) चिकित्सक , दंतचिकित्सक, परिचायिका और भेषजज्ञ;
(i) doctors, dentists , nurses and pharmacists ;
(b ) अधिवक्ता;
(ii) advocates;
(iii) architects;
(c) वास्तुकार;
(iv) chartered accountants ;
(d) चार्टर्ड एकाउन्टेंट;
(ख) संबंधित अधिनियमों में निहित प्रावधानों के अनुसरण में अखिल भारतीय प्री- मेडिकल परीक्षा अथवा ऐसी कोई अन्य परीक्षाएं जो उन्हें दाखिले के लिए पात्र बनाएं , में भाग लेना ।
(b) to appear for the All India Pre- Medical Test or such other tests to make them eligible for admission in pursuance of the provisions contained in the relevant Acts.
