और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने कालवारा गांव की सीमा में, तहसील सांगानेर , जिला जयपुर , राजस्थान में हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 23 अप्रैल , 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान करदिया है;

अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार कालवारा गांव की सीमा में , तहसील सांगानेर , जिला जयपुर राजस्थान में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण खसरा संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th January , 2009
S.O. 40(E) . Whereas M/s . Mahindra World City
(Jaipur) Limited, a fully Private Organization in the State of
Rajasthan, has proposed under section 3 of the Special
Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005 ), (hereinafter referred
to as the said Act) to set up a sector specific Special
Economic Zone for handicraft sector within the village limits
ofKalwara of Tehsil Sanganer in the District of Jaipur,
in the State of Rajasthan;
And, whereas, the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub-section (8 ) of Section 3 of the saidAct, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub- section ( 10) of Section 3 ofthe said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for handicraft sector within the village limits of Kalwara of Tehsil- Sanganer in theDistrict of Jaipur , in the State of Rajasthan onthe 23rd day of April, 2008 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006, the Central Government herebynotifies the following area within the village limits of Kalwara of Tehsil -Sanganer in the District of Jaipur in the State of Rajasthan , comprising of the Khasra numbers and the respective areas in hectares given in the table below, as a Special Economic Zone, namely : - [PART II-SEC . 3 (ii) ]

का.आ. 41 (अ).विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियमके प्रयोजनार्थ में महिंद्रा वर्ल्ड सिटी ( जयपुर ) लिमिटेड , ने राजस्थान राज्य के कालवारा गांव की सीमा में, तहसील सांगानेर, जिला जयपुर में हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-
-अध्यक्ष,
1. विशेष आर्थिक क्षेत्र के विकास आयुक्त
निदेशक अथवा उप- सचिव , भारत सरकार, सदस्य, पदेन 2. वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
सदस्य, पदेन 3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , जोधपुर-
सदस्य, पदेन 4. सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त, एयरपोर्ट दिल्ली अथवा
उनका नामिति जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त सेकम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन

का.आ. 42(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 6 जनवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख से मै. महिंद्रा वर्ल्ड सिटी ( जयपुर ) लिमिटेड , ने राजस्थान राज्य के कालवारा गांव की सीमा में , तहसील सांगानेर , जिला जयपुर में हस्तशिल्प क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

S.O. 42 ( E) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub- section (2 ) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 6th day of January , 2009 as the date from which the handicraft sector Special Economic Zone at village kalwara of Tehsil - Sanganer in the District of Jaipur in the state of Rajasthan proposed to be developed by M/ sMahindra World City ( Jaipur ) Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act , 1962 .
