का.आ. 49(अ).- सीमा शुल्क अधिनियम , 1962 (1962 का 52) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 5 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के तहत् प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमा शुल्क बोर्ड मैसर्स हाल्डेक्स इंडिया लिमिटेड , बी-71 , एम.आई.डी.सी. , अम्बाड, नाशिक , महाराष्ट्र के मामले में जारी की गई कारण बताओ नोटिस केमामले मेंन्याय- निर्णयन करने के लिए कॉलम 3 क निम्नलिखित के प्राधिकारियों को उनके नाम के सामने कालम-2 में उल्लिखित कारण बताओ नोटिस के मामले में न्याय निर्णयन करने के लिए दी गई शक्तियों का प्रयोग करने और सौंपे गये दायित्वों का निर्वहन करने के लिए एतद्वारा सीमा शुल्क आयुक्त ( निर्यात ) , न्हावा शेवा को उभय न्याय- निर्णयन प्राधिकारी नियुक्त करता है :-
