विषय : वर्ष 2009-2010 हेतु पत्थर समूह और नदी की रेत का मालदीव को निर्यात ।
का.आ. 53( अ ). समय-समय पर यथासंशोधित विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 1.3 और पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 5 और धारा 3 ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार, निर्यात और आयात मदों के आईटीसी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची-2 ( निर्यात नीति) को एतद्वारा निम्नानुसार संशोधित करती है:-
2. अध्याय 25 में , मालदीव को निर्यात के सम्बन्ध में निर्यात लाइसेंसिंग टिप्पणी (ङ) के बाद निम्नलिखित को जोड़ा जाएगा :-
(च) वित्तीय वर्ष 2009-2010 ( वार्षिक आधार पर) के लिए
पत्थर समूह : 1,026,550 मी. टन
नदी की रेत : 1,077,686 मी. टन
3. नदी की रेत की उपर्युक्त मात्रा के निर्यात हेतु रसायन और सम्बद्ध उत्पाद निर्यात संवर्धन परिषद् ( सीएपीईएक्सआईएल ) यह सुनिश्चित करेगी कि आपूर्तिकर्ता/खननकर्ता ने उचित अनुमति प्राप्त कर ली है तथा उक्त रेत का खनन तटीय विनियमन जोन क्षेत्र से नहीं किया गया है जो कि तटीय विनियमन जोन अधिसूचना के अन्तर्गत निषिद्ध है ।
4. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

Sub.: Export of Stone Aggregate and River Sand to Maldives for the year 2009-2010.
S.O. 53 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5 and Section 3 (2) of the Foreign Trade ( Development and Regulation) Act , 1992 read with paragraph 1.3 and paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004-2009 , as amended from time to time, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule - 2 ( Export Policy) of the ITC ( HS ) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004-2009 as follows :---
2. In Chapter 25, the following shall be added after export licensing Note (e) regarding export to Maldives: ---
(f) For the financial year , 2009-2010 (on annual basis)

3. For the export of above quantity ofRiver Sand, Chemicals and Allied Products Export Promotion Council (CAPEXIL) shall ensure that the suppliers/ extractors have obtained appropriate clearances and the mining of the said sand is not undertaken in the Coastal Regulation Zone Area, which is prohibited under the Coastal Regulation Zone Notification.
