का.आ. 99(अ). आयकर अधिनियम , 1961 ( 1961 का 43) की धारा 10 के खण्ड ( 15 ) के उप -खण्ड ( iv ) के मद ( ज) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त धारा के प्रयोजनार्थ इंडिया इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फाइनांस कम्पनी लिमिटेड द्वारा कर मुक्त बांडों, जिन पर अधिकतम 8 प्रतिशत प्रतिवर्ष ब्याज दर मिलेगी, जिनकी कुल राशि दस हजार करोड़ रुपए मात्र है , जिसे इंडिया इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर फाइनांस कम्पनी लिमिटेड द्वारा वित्त वर्ष 2008-09 के दौरान जारी किया जाएगा , के निर्गम को अधिसूचित करती है :
बशर्ते कि उक्त खण्ड के अंतर्गत लाभ तभी ग्राह्य होंगे जब इन बांडों का धारक उक्त कारपोरेशन के पास अपना नाम एवं धृति पंजीकृत कराएगा कराएगी ।

New Delhi , the 7th January, 2009
INCOME- TAX
S.O. 99(E) .-- In exercise of the powers conferredby item (h) ofsub-clause (iv) of clause (15) of Section 10 of the Income-tax Act, 1961 (43 of 1961) , the Central Government hereby specifies the issue of tax free bonds by India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited , carrying an interest rate of upto maximum 8 per cent per annum, aggregating to an amount of ten thousand crore rupees only, tobe issued by India Infrastructure Finance Company Limited, New Delhi during the financial year 2008-09, for the purpose ofthe said section :
Provided that the benefit under the said section shall be admissible only ifthe holder ofsuch bonds registers his orher name and the holding with the said Corporation .
