New Delhi , the 7th January, 2009 नई दिल्ली, 7 जनवरी , 2009
S.R.O. 1 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 15 and sub- section (1 ) of Section 16 ofthe Cantonments Act, 2006 (41 of2006) , the Central Government hereby directs the 1st March, 2009 as thedate on which election in respect of Ward number 1 to the Contonment Board, Khasyol shall be held.
का.नि.आ. 1 ( अ ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, छावनी अधिनियम , 2006 (2006 का 41 ) की धारा 15 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) और धारा 16 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 1 मार्च , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में निदेशित करती है जिसको छावनी बोर्ड खासयोल के वार्ड संख्या 1 की बावत निर्वाचन होगा।
