और , यतः , केन्द्र सरकार इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने पनोली ग्राम क्षेत्र में भेषज क्षेत्र के लिए एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास, प्रचालन एवं रखरखाव हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 17 जून, 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;

अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम, 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा गुजरात राज्य में ग्राम पनोली , तालुका अंकलेश्वर, जिला भरूच में निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं/ब्लॉक संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:-

का.आ. 108(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए केन्द्रीय सरकार एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. जे. बी. एसईजेड प्रा. लि. द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में ग्राम पनोली , तालुका अंकलेश्वर , जिला भरूच में भेषज क्षेत्र हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति, जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है, जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त -अध्यक्ष , पदेन
2. निदेशक अथवा उप - सचिव , भारत सरकार , सदस्य , पदेन 5 असाधारण

वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , गांधीनगर
-सदस्य, पदेन 4. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले सीमाशुल्क अथवा उत्पाद शुल्क आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
-सदस्य, पदेन 5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा
सदस्य, पदेन 6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , वित्त मंत्रालय , बैंकिंग प्रभाग , भारत सरकार
-सदस्य, पदेन 7. गुजरात सरकार द्वारा नामित किए जाने वाले दो अधिकारी जिनका स्तर संयुक्त सचिव से कम नहीं होगा
विशेष आमंत्रिती 9. मै. जे.बी. एसईजेड प्रा. लि. (विकासकर्ता) का प्रतिनिधि
2. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त की अनुपस्थिति में उनका प्रतिनिधित्व वह अधिकारी करेगा जिसका स्तर संयुक्त विकास आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (1 ) of Section 13 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for the pharmaceuticals Special Economic Zone at Village Panoli , Taluka Ankleshwar , District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat developed by M/s . J.B. SEZ Private Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting of the following Chairperson and Members , namely :-
--Chairperson, ex-officio 1.Development Commissioner of the Special Economic Zone
-Member, ex-officio 2. Director or Deputy Secretary to the Government of India, Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Department ofCommerce or his nominee not below the rank of Under Secretary to the Government of India
-Member,
ex-officio 3. Zonal Joint Director General of Foreign Trade, Gandhinagar
---Member, ex-officio 4. Commissioner ofCustoms or Central Excise having territorial jurisdiction overthe Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank ofJoint Commissioner
-Member, ex-officio 5. Commissioner of Income Tax having territorial jurisdiction over the Special Economic Zone or his nominee not below the rank of Joint Commissioner
----Member , ex-officio 6.Director (Banking) in the Ministry of Finance, Banking Division, Government ofIndia

का.आ. 109(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 (2005 का 28 ) , की धारा 53 कीउप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा दिनांक 9 जनवरी , 2008 को उस तारीख के रूप में निर्धारित करती है जिस तारीख से मै. जे. बी. एसईजेड प्रा. लि. द्वारा गुजरात राज्य में ग्राम पनोली, तालुका अंकलेश्वर, जिला भरूच में भेषज क्षेत्र हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

S.O. 109(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of January, 2008 as the date from which the sector specific Special Economic Zone for pharmaceuticals sector at Village Panoli , Taluka Ankleshwar, District Bharuch in the State of Gujarat proposedto be developed by M/s . J.B. SEZ Private Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Deport under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962.
