सं. फा. 27-39/99-पुस्तकालय, राजा राममोहन राय पुस्तकालय प्रतिष्ठान , कोलकाता के नियमों और विनियमों के नियम 3 ( i ) और ( iii ) के तहत इस मंत्रालय की दिनांक 17 अक्तूबर, 2006 की समसंख्यक अधिसूचना में आंशिक संशोधन करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , श्रीमती अंबिका सोनी , पर्यटन और संस्कृति मंत्री को प्रतिष्ठान के अध्यक्ष के रूप में और श्री जवाहर सरकार, सचिव ( संस्कृति ) को श्री लव वर्मा , संयुक्त सचिव ( संस्कृति) के स्थान पर प्रतिष्ठान के प्रथम सदस्य के रूप में तत्काल प्रभाव से मनोनीत करती है ।

Ministry's Notification of even number dated 17th October , 2006, under rules 3( i) and (iii) of the Rules and Regulations ofthe Raja Rammohan Roy Library Foundation, Kolkata, the Central Government hereby nominates Smt . Ambika Soni , Minister of Tourism and Culture as Chairperson and Shri Jawhar Sircar, Secretary (Culture) in place ofShri Lov Verma, Joint Secretary ( Culture ) , as first member of the Foundation with immediate effect .
