आ.अ. 5( अ ).-लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 22 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा निदेश देता है कि इसकी तारीख 12 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या 434/उ.प्र. लो.स./2008 (1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करता है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना के संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ 2 में मद संख्या 22-एटा के सामने स्तम्भ 2 में विद्यमान प्रविष्टि " 2. उप जिलाधिकारी , सोरों" के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि , " 2. उप जिलाधिकारी , सहावर " प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी ।

New Delhi, the 24th December, 2008
O.N. 5(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 22 of the Representation ofPeople Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission of India hereby directs that the following amendments shall be made in its Notification No. 434/UP -HP/2008 (1 ), dated 12th June , 2008 , namely:----
Against item No. 22 - Etah of the table appended to the said notification, for the existing entry in column No. 2 "2. Sub Divisional Officer, Soron " , the entry "2. Sub Divisional Officer, Sahawar" shall be substituted .
