F.No. IRDA/IAC/ 6/48/2008.-In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 25 of the Insurance Regulatory and Development Authority Act, 1999 (41 of 1999), the Authority hereby makes the following notification.
फा. सं. बी.वि.वि.प्रा ./आईएसी/6/48 /2008.- प्राधिकरण , बीमा विनियामक विकास प्राधिकरण अधिनियम , 1999 (41का 1999 ) की धारा 25 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , प्राधिकरण निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाता है, अर्थात्

The following members are appointed as Members ofthe Insurance Advisory Committee with effect from 26th December, 2008 in addition to the 22 members as appointed videNotification F.No. IRDA/LAC/ 1 /2005 dated 6th June, 2005 :-
निम्नलिखित सदस्यों को बीमा सलाहकार समिति का सदस्य दिनांक 26 दिसम्बर , 2008 से वर्तमान में फा.सं.बी.वि.वि.प्रा. / आईएसी/ 1 / 2005 दिनांक 6 जून , 2005 के अंतर्गत नियुक्त 22 सदस्यों के अतिरिक्त नियुक्त किया जाता है ।
