का.आ. 111 ( अ ).-दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण/केन्द्र सरकार का, दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 कर धारा 11 क के अंतर्गत दिल्ली मुख्य योजना/विकास क्षेत्रीय विकास योजना में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करने का प्रस्ताव है , जिसे जनता की जानकारी के लिए एतद्द्वारा प्रकाशित किया जाता है । प्रस्तावित संशोधन के संबंध में यदि किसी व्यक्ति को कोई आपत्ति हो अथवा कोई सुझाव देना हो , तो वह अपनी आपत्ति/सुझाव इस सूचना की तारीख से तीस दिनों की अवधि के अन्दर प्रधान आयुक्त एवं सचिव , दिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण , ' बी' ब्लॉक, विकास सदन , नई दिल्ली-110023 को लिखित रूप में भेज सकता है । आपत्ति करने अथवा सुझाव देने वाला व्यक्ति अपना नाम और पता भी दे ।

" ऐसे फ्लैटों का कारपेट क्षेत्रफल 25-40 वर्ग मीटर के बीच होना चाहिए " वाक्य के बाद निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाए :-

यह 15 % फर्श तल अनुपात अथवा सभाज सेवी कर्मियों/ आर्थिक रूप से कमजोर वर्गों के लिए और निम्न श्रेणी आवासों की आवासीय इकाइयों का 35 % ( i ) ए, बी,सी. में वर्णित 200 अनुमेय फर्श तल अनुपात और सघनता के अतिरिक्त होगा ।

This 15% FAR or 35 % of the Dwelling Units for Community- Service Personnel/EWS and lower category housing would be over and above 200 permissible FAR and density mentioned at (i ) a, b , c . Employer housing of Central Government , State Government and other Government agencies are exempted from following the provision of the requirement of FAR or Dwelling Units for commu- nity service personnel/EWS and lower income category.
