का.आ. 113(अ) . केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 के खंड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय ( सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2153 ( अ ) , तारीख 18 दिसम्बर, 2007 जो भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 18 दिसम्बर , 2007 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में,-
(क) क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने जिला " जयपुर " से संबंधित , तहसील " 2 चाकसू" के सामने , स्तम्भ (7 ) में , प्रविष्टि " ( 22 ) कोथून " के पश्चात् प्रविष्टि " ( 23 ) सालगरामपुरा" अन्तःस्थापित की जाएगी;
(ख) क्रम संख्या 2 के सामने , जिला " टोंक " से संबंधित , स्तम्भ (2) में, प्रविष्टि " सहायक कलक्टर , टोंक " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " अपर जिला कलक्टर ( प्रशासन ) " रखी जाएगी ।

New Delhi , the 12th January, 2009
S.O. 113(E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by clause ( a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 2153 (E) , dated the 18th December , 2007, published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) , dated the 18thDecember , 2007, namely :-
Inthe Schedule to the said notification,-
(a) against serial number 1 relating to District " Jaipur", against Tahsil "2 Chaksu " , in column (7) , after the entry " ( 22 ) Kouthoon " the entry " (23 ) Salagrampura" shall be inserted;
(b) against serial number 2 relating to District " Tonk" , incolumn (2), for the entry "Assistant Collector , Tonk" , the entry " Additional District Collector (Admn. ) " shall be substituted.
