नई दिल्ली, 6 जनवरी , 2009
का.आ. 114( अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार, उद्योग (विकास और विनियमन) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18 छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, वाणिज्य और उद्योग मंत्रालय में भारत सरकार के आदेश संख्यांक का.आ. 1105 ( अ ) तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 में निम्नलिखित आदेश संशोधन करती है, अर्थात्:-
उक्त आदेश की अनुसूची के पैरा 4 में मिल का नाम और अवस्थितिसे संबंधित क्रम संख्या 14 के सामने प्रविष्टि में " मैसर्स अर्मित पेपर, होशियारपुर, पंजाब " शब्दों के स्थान पर " ऐ. बी. सी. पेपर , साइला खुर्द, होशियारपुर , पंजाब " शब्द रखें जाएंगे ।

टिप्पण: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1105 (अ ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर, 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2008 के आदेश सं. का.आ. 2066 ( अ ) द्वारा बाद में संशोधित किया गया था ।

New Delhi , the 6th January, 2009
S.O. 114(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries (Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ), the Central Government herebymakes the following amendment in the Order ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Commerce and IndustryNumber S.O. 1105 (E) dated the 11th October , 2004, namely:-
Inthe said Order , in the Schedule , in paragraph 4 relating to Name of the Mill and Location, in the entry, against serial number 14, for the words , " M/ s . Amrit Paper , Hoshiarpur, Punjab," the words "M/s . ABC Paper Limited, Saila Khurd, Hoshiarpur, Punjab," shall be substituted .
