S.O. 118(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 18G of the Industries ( Development and Regulation) Act, 1951 (65 of 1951 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following Order to amend the Newsprint Control Order, 2004, namely :-
का.आ. 118(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , उद्योग ( विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम, 1951 ( 1951 का 65 ) की धारा 18छ द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 का संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित आदेश करती है , अर्थात्:-

1. (1) This Order may be called the Newsprint Control (Amendment) Order , 2009 .
( 1 ) इस आदेश को न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण ( संशोधन ) आदेश , 2009 कहा जाए ।
(2) It shall come into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
(2) यह राजपत्र में इसके प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होगा ।
2. न्यूजप्रिंट नियंत्रण आदेश , 2004 की अनुसूची में,-
2. In the Newsprint Control Order, 2004 , in the Schedule,-
( 1 ) देशी न्यूजप्रिंट विनिर्माताओं की मिल के नाम और
अवस्थितिसे संबंधित मद 4 में, क्रम सं. 92 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात्, निम्नलिखित जोड़ा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
(1) In item 4 relating to the name of the Mill and Location ofthe indigenous newsprint manufacturers , after S. No. 92 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be added, namely:
"93. मैसर्स श्री शक्ति पेपर्स इण्डिया ( प्राईवेट ) लिमिटेड , पुथुपेरीकाडवु , सथायामंगलम , भवानी सागर , ईरोड, तमिलनाडु राज्य ।"
"93. M/ s . Shri Sakthi Papers India (P) Limited, SF No. 541/3 , 533/3 , Puthupeerkadavu, Sathyamangalam, Bhawani Sagar , Erode in the State ofTamil Nadu . " [फा. सं. 4(19)/2008 -कागज] गोपाल कृष्ण, संयुक्त सचिव

Note: The principal order was published in the Gazette of India vide No. S.O. 1105(E) , dated 11th October, 2004 , and subsequently amended vide Order No. S.O. 2066(E) dated 14th August, 2008 published inthe Gazette of India .
टिप्पण: मूल आदेश भारत के राजपत्र में सं. का.आ. 1105 ( अ) , तारीख 11 अक्तूबर , 2004 के तहत प्रकाशित किया गया था और भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित दिनांक 14 अगस्त, 2008 के आदेश सं. का. आ. 2066(अ) द्वारा बाद में संशोधित किया गया था ।
