का.आ. 119 (अ) .-केन्द्र सरकार, दंड प्रक्रिया संहिता, 1973 (1974 का 2 ) की धारा 24 की उप- धारा ( 8 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए एतद्वारा खान सुरक्षा महानिदेशालय /श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय में निम्नलिखित अधिकारियों को जाँच न्यायालयों में खान अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 35 ) के अंतर्गत संस्थापित मामलों, अपीलों, पुनरीक्षणों तथा किसी राज्य अथवा संघ राज्य क्षेत्र में विधि द्वारा स्थापित पुनरीक्षणात्मक अथवा अपीलीय न्यायालयों, जिन पर पूर्वोक्त धारा के उपबंध लागू होंगे , में इन मामलों से उत्पन्न होने वाले अन्यमामलों के संचालन हेतु विशेष लोक अभियोजक के रूप में नियुक्त करती है :-

S.O. 119(E) .- In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section(8) of Section 24 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (2 of 1974) , the Central Government hereby appoints the following officers in the Directorate General ofMines Safety/Ministry of Labour and Employment , as Special Public Prosecutors for the conduct of cases insti- tutedunder the Mines Act, 1952 (35 of1952), in trial courts, appeals, revisions and other matters arising out of these cases in revisional or appellate Courts , established by Law in any State or Union Territory to which the provisions of theaforesaid section apply:--
(1) Shri TapanKumar Barman, Senior Law Officer
(2) Shri Anand Swrup Singh, Law Officer Gr. I
