का.आ. 122(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार , अग्रिम संविदा ( विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के अधीन हरियाणा कमोडिटीज लिमिटेड , शॉप नं. 2 व 3 , पहला तल , एडीशनल मण्डी, सिरसा-125055 ( हरियाणा ) द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , सरसों में अग्रिम संविदाओं के संबंध में 13 जनवरी , 2009 से 12 जनवरी , 2012 तक (दोनों दिन शामिल ) तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करते हैं ।
S.O. 122 (E ) . The Central Government, having considered in consultation with the Forward Markets Commission, Mumbai the application for renewal of recognition, made under Section 5 ofthe Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of 1952), by the Haryana Commodities Limited, Shop Nos . 2 and 3 , 1st Floor, Additional Mandi , 1st Floor, Sirsa- 125055 (Haryana), and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in the public interest so to do , hereby grants , in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act, recognition to the said Exchange for a period of three years from 13th January, 2009 to 12th January , 2012 ( both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in Mustard seed.
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय- समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।
2. The recognition hereby granted is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time, be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
