सा.का.नि. 22( अ ), महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 (1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा (6 ) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकार प्रयुक्त करके, केंद्रीय सरकार , एतद्वारा , नीचे दर्शाई जा रही तालिका के कॉलम सं. (3 ) में क्रम सं. 9 और 10 को आशोधित करके काँडला पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में, भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय के पोत परिवहन विभाग के पत्तन स्कंध की दिनांक 19 मार्च , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 194 (अ) में निम्ननिखित संशोधन करती है ।

G.S.R. 22 ( E) .--In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub - section ( 1 ) read with sub - section (6) of Section 3 ofthe Major Port Trusts Act, 1963 (38 of 1963 ), the Central Government hereby modifies the interests mentioned in column (3) ofthe Table against serial numbers 9 and 10 and make the following amendment in the Notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping, Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping, (Ports Wing), No. G.S.R. 194(E ) dated 19th March, 2008 on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kandla .

In exercise of powers conferred by clause (c) of sub- section ( 1 ) read with sub - section ( 6) of Section 3 of the Major Port Trusts Act , 1963 (38 of 1963 ) , and in continuation of the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , Department of Shipping , Ports Wing , No. G.S.R. 194 (E) dated 19th March, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 298 (E) dated 22nd April , 2008 , No. G.S.R 326 ( E ) dated 1st May, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 353 (E) , dated 9th May, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 424(E) dated 2nd June , 2008 , No. G.S.R. 453 (E) dated 12th June, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 539 (E) dated 17th July, 2008 , No. G.S.R. 585 (E) dated 8th August, 2008 read with No. G.S.R. 618 (E ) dated 28th August, 2008 , the Central Government hereby appoints the following as trustees after serial number 15 of the said notification on the Board of Trustees for the Port of Kandla .
नई दिल्ली , 13 जनवरी , 2009 सा.का.नि. 23( अ).-महापत्तन न्यास अधिनियम, 1963 ( 1963 का 38 ) की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 6) के साथ पठित उप- धारा ( 1 ) के खण्ड ( ग ) द्वारा प्रदत्त अधिकारों का प्रयोग करके और भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , पोत परिवहन विभाग ( पत्तन स्कंध ) की दिनांक 28 अगस्त, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 618 (अ ) के साथ पठित दिनांक 19 मार्च, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 194(अ) , दिनांक 22 अप्रैल , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 298( अ) , दिनांक 1 मई, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 326 (अ ) , दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 353 (अ ) , दिनांक 2 जून , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 424(अ) ,दिनांक 12 जून, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं सा.का.नि. 453( अ ) , दिनांक 17 जुलाई , 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 539 ( अ) , और दिनांक 8 अगस्त, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 585( अ) के क्रम में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , उक्त अधिसूचना में क्रम सं. 15 के बाद निम्नलिखित को कांडला पत्तन के न्यासी बोर्ड में न्यासी के रूप में नियुक्त करती है :-
