टिप्पणी: मूल अधिसूचना को भारत के राजपत्र में संख्यांक का.आ. 1100 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 जून , 2007 द्वारा प्रकाशित किया गया और पश्चात्वर्ती संख्या का.आ. 469 , तारीख 26 फरवरी , 2008 और संख्या का.आ. 2033 (अ ) , तारीख 31 जुलाई , 2008 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया ।

का.आ. 134(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, हथकरघा ( उत्पादनार्थ वस्तुआरक्षण ) नियम , 1986 के नियम 3 के साथ पठित हथकरघा (उत्पादनार्थ वस्तु आरक्षण ) अधिनियम , 1985 ( 1985 का 22 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 5 जुलाई , 2007 के भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वस्त्र मंत्रालय ( विकास आयुक्त हथकरघा कार्यालय ) की अधिसूचना संख्यांक का.आ. 1100( अ ) , तारीख 29 जून , 2007 में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्

उक्त अधिसूचना में
NewDelhi , the 13th January, 2009
(i ) क्रम संख्यांक 26 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात् :-
" श्री एल. गोपालकृष्णा, ग्राम और डाकघर दलसानूर , ताल्लुक श्रीनिवासपुरा , जिला-कोलार, कनार्टक सदस्य "
(ii ) क्रम संख्यांक 27 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा
"28 श्री शिवानंद हुलयालकर , सं. 1045 सदाशिव पेठ, पुणे, महाराष्ट्र -सदस्य"
S. O. 134(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Handlooms (Reservation ofArticles for Production) Act, 1985 (22 of 1985) read with rule 3 ofthe Handlooms (Reservation ofArticles for Production) Rules, 1986, the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Textiles (Office of the Development Commissioner for Handlooms ) number S.O. 1100(E), dated the 29th June, 2007, published in the Gazette ofIndia, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3, sub - section (ii) , datedthe 5th July, 2007 , namely :-
(iii ) क्रम संख्यांक 29 और उनसे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

Inthe said notification,-
(i) for serial number 26 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted , namely:-
"26. Shri L. Gopalakrishna, Village and PostOffice Dalsanur , Srinivasapura Taluk, Kolar District , Karnataka-Member";
(ii) after serial number 27 and the entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted , namely :-
" 28. Shri Shivanand Hulyalkar , No. 1045 , Sadashiv Peth, Pune, Maharashtra-Member" ;
(iii) after serial number 29 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:---
