का.आ. 136(अ).-कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम, 1948 (1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , दिनांक 9 मई, 2008 के भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 ( ii ) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 की श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1122 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 के खण्ड ( i) के अंतर्गत संसद द्वारा मनोनीत " शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 55 तथा 56 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियां प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
क्रम संख्या 55 श्री चन्द्रकांत भाऊराव खैरे संसद सदस्य ( लोक सभा ) , 2, तीन मूर्ति लेन , नई दिल्ली -110011 स्थायी पता : ' खैरे निवास' , वसंत भवन के सामने , मचली खडक , संभाजी नगर , औरंगाबाद-431001 ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi , the 13th January, 2009
S.O. 136(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section4 ofthe Employees ' State Insurance Act , 1948 (34 of 1948 ), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment S.O. No. 1122 (E ) dated 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 (ii ) dated the 9th May, 2008 .
Inthe said notification under the heading "Elected by the Parliament under clause (i) of Section 4 " against Sl . Nos . 55 and 56 the following entries shall be substituted, namely :-
