सा.का.नि. 25(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल अधिनियम, 1992 ( 1992 का 35 ) की धारा 156 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के खंड ( ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत - तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल , पशु परिवहन काडर (अराजपत्रित ) भर्ती नियम, 1999 का और संशोधन करने के लिए निम्नलिखित नियम बनाती है , अर्थात्:-
1. ( 1 ) इन नियमों का संक्षिप्त नाम भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल, पशु परिवहन काडर ( अराजपत्रित ) भर्ती दूसरा संशोधन नियम , 2009 है ।
(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख को प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
2. भारत- तिब्बत सीमा पुलिस बल , पशु परिवहन काडर (अराजपत्रित ) भर्ती नियम , 1999 की अनुसूची में, कांस्टेबल ( पशु परिवहन ) के पद से संबंधित क्रम संख्यांक 4 के सामने , स्तंभ 11 के नीचे की प्रविष्टियों में, " प्रोन्नति द्वारा " शब्दों के स्थान पर, " सीधी भर्ती द्वारा " शब्द रखे जाएंगे ।

NOTIFICATION
NewDelhi, the 14th January, 2009
G.S.R. 25 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) ofsub -section (2) of Section 156 of the Indo- Tibetan Border Police Force Act, 1992 (35 of 1992) , the Central Government hereby makes the following rules further to amend the Indo - Tibetan Border Police Force , Animal Transport Cadre (Non - gazetted) Recruitment Rules , 1999, namely:
1. (1 ) These rules may be called the Indo- Tibetan BorderPolice Force , Animal Transport Cadre (Non - gazetted) Recruitment Second Amendment Rules , 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette .
2. Inthe Schedule to the Indo -Tibetan Border Police Force, Animal Transport Cadre (Non -gazetted) Recruitment Rules , 1999 , against serial number 4, relating to the post of Constable (Animal Transport) , in the entries under column (11), for the words "By promotion " , the words "By direct recruitment " shall be substituted.
