S.O. 149(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 5 of the Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992 (No. 22 of 1992) read with Para 1.3 of the Foreign Trade Policy , 2004-2009 (as amended from time to time) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in Foreign Trade Policy:-
नई दिल्ली, 14 जनवरी , 2009 सं. 78 ( आर ई -2008 )/2004-2009 का.आ. 149(अ).-विदेश व्यापार नीति, 2004-2009 (समय- समय पर यथासंशोधित ) के पैरा 1.3 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार (विकास और विनियमन ) अधिनियम , 1992 ( 1922 की सं. 22 ) की धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार एतद्वारा , विदेश व्यापार नीति में , निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. After Para 3.10.7 , the following Para is inserted-
1. पैरा 3.10.7 के बाद , निम्नलिखित पैरा जोड़ा गया है-
"3.10.8 For exports of special products/sectors , the duty credit scrip under this scheme shall be 2.5% of FOB value of export; and such products/sectors , along with their linked markets , and admissible date ofexports, shall be notified in Table 12 ofAppendix 37D ofHBP v1 ."
"3.10.8 विशेष उत्पादों/ क्षेत्रों के निर्यात हेतु इस स्कीम के तहत ड्यूटी क्रेडिट स्क्रिप , निर्यातों के पोतपर्यन्त निःशुल्क मूल्य का 2.5 % होगी; और ऐसे उत्पादों/ क्षेत्रों को उनके सहबद्ध बाजारों और निर्यात की अनुमेय तिथि सहित प्रक्रिया पुस्तक खण्ड-1 के परिशिष्ट 37घ की तालिका 12 में अधिसूचित
