का.आ. 141 (अ) .-यतः नीचे उल्लिखित क्षेत्र के बारे में दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान में केन्द्र सरकार का जिन कुछ संशोधनों का प्रस्ताव है , उन्हेंदिल्ली विकास प्राधिकरण द्वारा दिल्ली विकास अधिनियम , 1957 ( 1957 का 61 ) के खण्ड-44 के प्रावधानों के अनुसार दिनांक 17 सितम्बर, 2008 का सं. का.आ. 2217 ( अ ) तथा दिनांक 14 अक्तूबर , 2008 के शुद्धि- पत्र सं. का. आ. 2448 ( अ ) के तहत सार्वजनिक सूचना के रूप में भारत के असाधारण राजपत्र में प्रकाशित किया गया था जिसमें उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 -ए के उप- खण्ड ( 3 ) द्वारा यथाअपेक्षित उक्त नोटिस की तारीख के तीस दिन के भीतर आपत्तियां/सुझाव आमंत्रित किए गए थे।
2. यतः केन्द्र सरकार ने मामले के सभी पहलुओं पर ध्यानपूर्वक विचार करने के पश्चात् दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान -2021 को संशोधित करने का निर्णय लिया है ।
3. अतः , अब , उक्त अधिनियम के खण्ड 11 - ए के उप -खण्ड ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार , भारत के राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से उक्त दिल्ली मास्टर प्लान 2021 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है । संशोधन:
जोन- एफ में वसंत विहार के 2.052 एकड़ भू- क्षेत्र का भू- उपयोग नीचे सूचीबद्ध वर्णन के आधार पर बदला जाता है:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th January, 2009
S.O. 141 (E) . Whereas certain modifications which the Central Government proposed to make in the Master Plan for Delhi regarding the area mentioned hereunder were published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, as Public Notice vide No. S.O. 2217 (E) dated 17th September , 2008 and corrigendum No. S.O. 2448 (E) , dated 14th October , 2008 by the Delhi Development Authority in accordance with the provisions of Section 44 of the Delhi Development Act , 1957 (61 of 1957) inviting objections/ suggestions as required by sub - section (3 ) of Section 11 - A of the said Act, within thirty days from the date of the said corrigendum .
2. Whereas the Central Government have after carefully considering all aspects of the matter, decided to modify the Master Plan for Delhi - 2021 .
3. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section (2 ) of Section 11 -A of the said Act , the Central Government hereby makes the following modification in the said Master Plan for Delhi- 2021 with effect from the date of publication of this Notification in the Gazette of India .
