का.आ. 152(अ). बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम, 1949 (1949का 10) , की धारा 56 के साथ पठित बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 की धारा 53 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए केन्द्र सरकार, भारतीय रिज़र्व बैंक की सिफारिश पर , एतद्वारा , घोषणा करती है कि बैंककारी विनियमन अधिनियम , 1949 ( सहकारी समितियों पर यथा लागू) की धारा 11 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के उपबंध 31 मार्च, 2009 तक की अवधि के लिए जलगाँव जिला मध्यवर्ती सहकारी बैंक लि. , जलगाँव , महाराष्ट्र पर लागू नहीं होंगे ।
