का.आ. 169(अ).-रबड़ नियमावली , 1955 के नियम 3 और 4 के साथ पठित रबड़ अधिनियम , 1947 ( 1947 का 24 ) की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 3 ) के खण्ड (ङ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , श्री सुरेश अंगड़ि , संसद सदस्य ( लोक सभा ) को संसद सदस्यों ( लोक सभा) का प्रतिनिधित्व करने हेतु रबड़ बोर्ड के सदस्य के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है और वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1787 ( अ) , दिनांक19 अक्तूबर , 2007 में आगे और निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में, क्रम संख्या 21 तथा उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" 21. श्री सुरेश अंगड़ि, संसद सदस्य, लोक सभा
वह दिनांक 19-10-2010 तक अथवा लोक सभा का सदस्य बने रहने तक, जो भी पहले हो , पद धारित करेंगे । "

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 15th January, 2009
S.O. 169(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (e) of sub-section (3 ) of Section 4 of the Rubber Act, 1947 (24 of 1947), read with rules 3 and 4 ofthe Rubber Rules , 1955 , the Central Government hereby notifies Shri Suresh Angadi, Member of Parliament (Lok Sabha, as member of the Rubber Board to represent Members of Parliament (Lok Sabha) and makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India inthe Ministry of Commerce and Industry , Department of Commerce number S.O. 1787 (E), dated the 19th day of October, 2007 , namely : ---
Inthe said notification, for serial number 21 and the entries relating thereto , the following shall be substituted, namely:-
