रेल मंत्रालय (रेलवे बोर्ड) अधिसूचना नईदिल्ली, 15 जनवरी , 2009

का.आ. 170(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम, 1989 (1989का 24) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से , नीचे दी गई सारणी के उक्त सारणी के स्तंभ ( 3 ) में उल्लिखित जिलों के संबंध में बिहार राज्य में पूर्वी डेडीकेटिड फ्रेट कॉरिडोर की विशेष रेल परियोजना की बाबत ऐसे विशेष रेल परियोजना के निष्पादन , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंधन और प्रचालन के लोक प्रयोजन के लिए उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को स्तंभ ( 2 ) में , उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकरण के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।
S.O. 170(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred byclause (7A) ofsection 2 ofthe Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) , the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette in respect of the Special Railway Project ofEastern Dedicated Freight Corridor in the State of Bihar relating to Districts mentioned in column (3) of the said table for the public purpose of execution , maintenance , and operation such Special Railway Project .
