NOTIFICATION New Delhi , the 14th January, 2009 अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली , 14 जनवरी , 2009
का.आ. 188(अ) .-पशुधन आयात अधिनियम, 1898 ( 1898 का 9 ) की धारा 3क द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार का.आ. 655 ( अ ) , दिनांक 7 जुलाई , 2001 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड (ii) में प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, कृषि मंत्रालय ( पशुपालन , डेयरी और मत्स्यपालन विभाग ) की अधिसूचना में आगे और संशोधन करती है, नामतः :-
S.O. 188(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 3A of the Livestock Importation Act, 1898 ( 9 of1898), the Central Government hereby further amends the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Agriculture (Department of Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub- section (ii ) dated the 9th July, 2001 vide S.O. 655 (E) , dated the 7th July, 2001 , namely:-
उक्तअधिसूचना में , प्रारम्भिक पैराग्राफ में, उप- पैराग्राफ ( ix ) के बाद , आने वाले उपबंध में, लाइन 7 में , आंकड़े , अक्षर और शब्द " 15 जनवरी " के स्थान पर , आंकड़े , अक्षर और शब्द " 31 जनवरी " प्रतिस्थापित होगा ।
In the said notification, in the opening paragraph , in the proviso occurring after sub -paragraph ( ix) , for the figure, letters and word " 15th January, " the figure , letters and word " 31st January " shall be substituted .

टिप्पणी: मूल अधिसूचना 7 जुलाई, 2001 को का.आ. 655 (अ) , के तहत भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशित हुआ था तथा तत्पश्चात् 28 मार्च, 2008 के का.आ. 794( अ ) , 26 मई , 2008 के का.आ. 1214( अ ) , 23 जून , 2008 के का.आ. 1511 ( अ ) और 29 सितम्बर, 2008 के का.आ. 2303 ( अ ) , 4 नवम्बर, 2008 के का.आ. 2595( अ ) तथा 26 नवम्बर , 2008 के का.आ. 2745(अ) के तहत इसे संशोधित किया गया था ।
