का.आ. 144(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, कम्पनी अधिनियम, 1956 ( 1956 का 1 ) की धारा 210क की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत सरकार के कॉरपोरेट कार्य मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1270 ( अ ) तारीख 30 मई, 2008 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , में तारीख 30 मई , 2008 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है,
अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में ,
(1) क्रम संख्यांक (4 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा , अर्थात्:-
" ( 4) श्री कुणाल बनर्जी, अध्यक्ष भारतीय लागत तथा
संकर्म लेखापाल संस्थान ";
(ii) क्रम संख्यांक (6 ) और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित रखा जाएगा, अर्थात्:-
"
(वाणिज्यिक) -1 भारत के नियंत्रक (6 ) श्री के. पी. ससिधरन , प्रधान निदेशक महालेखापरीक्षक का नामनिर्देशिती " ।

संशोधन किए गए ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 14th January, 2009
S.O. 144(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section ( 1 ) of Section 210A of the Companies Act, 1956 ( 1 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Corporate Affairs , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , dated the 30th May, 2008 , vide number S.O. 1270 (E) , dated the 30th May, 2008 , namely :-
Inthe said notification,
(i) for serial number (4) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(4) Shri Kunal Banerjee, President ofthe Insti- tute of Cost and Works Accountants of India";
(ii) for serial number (6) and the entries relating thereto, the following entries shall be substituted, namely:-
"(6) Shri K. P. Sasidharan , Principal Director (Commercial)-I , nominee of the Comptroller and Auditor - General of India" .
