का.आ. 196(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए विशेष उप - कलक्टर ( एलए ) , पीएसवीपी का यूनिट- v , ओंग जिला प्रकासम , आंध्र प्रदेश को आंध प्रदेश राज्य के प्रकासम जिले में नीचे दी गई अनुसूची में यथा विनिर्दिष्ट राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 5 के 355/000 कि.मी. से 434/150 कि.मी. तक के भूखण्ड के संबंध में बाईपास , यदि कोई है , के निर्माण सहित राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 5 का निर्माण ( चौड़ा करने ) , अनुरक्षण , प्रबंध और प्रचालन के लिए उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन सक्षम प्राधिकारी के कृत्यों का पालन करने के लिए इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से सक्षम प्राधिकारी के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January, 2009
S.O. 196(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the Special Deputy Collector (LA) , Unit - V ofPSVP , Ongole , District Prakasam , Andhra Pradesh , as the competent authority to perform the functions of such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land from Km. 355/000 to Km . 434/150 of the National Highway No. 5 for building (widening), maintenance , management and operation of National Highway No. 5, including construction of bypasses, if any , in Prakasam District in the State of Andhra Pradesh as specified in the Schedule given below.
