S.O. 207 (E) . Column No. 3 , of the table of English Version of Public Notice published vide No. S.O. 111 (E) , dated 10th January , 2009 is replaced by the following :-
After the sentence " Such flat should have carpet area between 25-40 sqm, " following is added:
This 15% FAR or 35 % of the Dwelling Units for Community- Service Personnel/EWS and lower category housing would be over and above 200 permissible FAR & density mentioned at (i) a, b, c .
