नई दिल्ली, 20 जनवरी , 2009 का.आ. 217(अ). लोकप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 (1951 का 43 ) की धारा 67 के अनुसरण में निम्नलिखित घोषणा, जिसके अंतर्गत ऐसे अभ्यर्थी का नाम अंतर्विष्ट है , जो राज्य सभा में रिक्त स्थान को भरने के लिए निर्वाचित हुआ है , सर्वसाधारण की जानकारी के लिए प्रकाशित की जाती है :

मध्यप्रदेश ( राज्य) की विधान सभा के निर्वाचित सदस्यों द्वारा राज्य सभा के लिए उप-निर्वाचन
निर्वाचनों का संचालन नियम , 1961 के नियम 11 के उप -नियम ( 1 ) के साथ पठित लोकप्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम, 1951 की धारा 53 की उप- धारा ( 2 ) के अंतर्विष्ट उपबंधों के अनुसरण में , मैं , घोषणा करता हूँ कि-
श्री नरेन्द्रसिंह,
आर्य नगर , मुरार , ग्वालियर,
जो भारतीय जनता पार्टी द्वारा खड़े किए गए हैं ,
उस सदन में श्री लक्ष्मीनारायण शर्मा का स्थान रिक्त हो जाने के कारण हुई रिक्ति को भरने के लिए सम्यक् रूप से निर्वाचित हो गए हैं ।
