का.आ. 223 (अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय (सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग विभाग ) की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 2062( अ ) , तारीख 18 अगस्त , 2008 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) , तारीख 18 अगस्त, 2008 में प्रकाशित की गई थी, में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में , जिला और तहसील " फरीदाबाद " के सामने , (क) गाँव "( 1 ) सराय ख्वाजा " के सामने ,-
(i ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 21//24/1 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 8 ) में , प्रविष्टि " 328.757 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 556.357 " रखी जाएगी;
(ii ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 21//24 /2 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 8 ) में, प्रविष्टि " 379.335 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 581.645 " रखी जाएगी;
(iii ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26/14 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 8 ) में, प्रविष्टि " 834.537 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 1062.137 " रखी जाएगी ;
(iv) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26// 7/1 के सामने , स्तंभ ( 8 ) में, प्रविष्टि " 252.89 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 278.18 " रखी जाएगी;
( v ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26//7 /2 के सामने , स्तंभ (8 ) में, प्रविष्टि " 227.601 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 505.781 " रखी जाएगी;
(vi ) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26// 8 / 1 के सामने , स्तंभ (8 ) में, प्रविष्टि " 126.445 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 202.315 " रखी जाएगी;
(vii) सर्वेक्षण संख्या 26//13 /2/2 के सामने, स्तंभ (8 ) में , प्रविष्टि " 75.867 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि " 404.63 " रखी जाएगी;
(viii ) स्तंभ 5 में सर्वेक्षण संख्या " सड़क " और स्तंभ 6 , 7 और 8 में उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के पश्चात् क्रमशः निम्नलिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और प्रविष्टियाँ अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-

कोई व्यक्ति , जो इस अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित भूमि में हितबद्ध है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 21st January , 2009
S.O.223 (E ) . In exercise ofthe powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3 A of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956 ) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways (Department of Road Transport and Highways ) , number S.O. 2062 (E ) , dated the 18th August, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India , Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section (ii), dated the 18th August , 2008 , namely :
In the Schedule to the said notification , against District and Tehsil " Faridabad" ,
(a) against village " ( 1 ) Sarai Khawaza ",- (i) against survey number 21 //24/ 1 , in column 8 , for the entry " 328.757 " , the entry " 556.357 " shall be substituted;
(ii) against survey number 21 //24 /2 , in column 8 , for the entry " 379.335 " , the entry " 581.645 " shall be substituted;
(iii) against survey number 26//4 , in column 8, for the entry " 834.537 " , the entry " 1062.137 " shall be substituted;
(iv) against survey number 26// 7/ 1 in column 8 , for the entry " 252.89 " , the entry " 278.18 " shall be substituted;
(v) against survey number 26//7 / 2 in column 8 , for the entry " 227.601 " the entry " 505.781 " shall be substituted;
