का.आ. 254(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार , औषधि और प्रसाधन सामग्री अधिनियम , 1940 ( 1940 का 23 ) की धारा 20 की उप- धारा (2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , निम्नलिखित औषधि के वर्गों के बाबत सम्पूर्ण भारत के लिए, डॉ. एन. मुरुगेसन , भारसाधक निदेशक , केन्द्रीय औषधि परीक्षण प्रयोगशाला , चेन्नई को सरकारी विश्लेषक नियुक्त करती है , अर्थात्:-
रबड़ लेटेक्स कंडोम , प्रसाधन और औषधियों के सभी वर्ग जिसके अंतर्गत नीचे दी गई औषधियों के सिवाय अनुसूची ग और ग ( 1 ) में दी गई औषधियां भी हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. शीरा ।
2. इंजेक्शन के लिए आशयित सीरम प्रोटीन का विलयन ।
3. वैक्सीन ।
4. आविष ।
5. प्रतिजन ।
6. प्रतिआविष ।
7. निर्जर्मित शल्य गठन और निर्जर्मित शल्य सीमन ।
8. जीवाणुभोजी ।
9. पशु चिकित्सा के उपयोग के लिए प्रति शीरा ।
10. पशु चिकित्सा के उपयोग के लिए वैक्सीन ।
11. पशु चिकित्सा के उपयोग के लिए आविषाभ ।
12. पशु चिकित्सा के उपयोग के लिए निदानसूचक प्रतिजन ।

New Delhi , the 22nd January, 2009
S.O. 254 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred bysub -section(2) of Section 20 of the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (23 of 1940) , the Central Government hereby appoints Dr. N. Murugesan, Director in-charge, the Central Drugs Testing Laboratory , Chennai to be Government Analysts for the whole of India in respect of the following classes of drugs , namely :-
Rubber latex condoms , cosmetics and all classes of drugs, including Schedule C and C( 1 ) drugs except those mentioned below , namely :-
1. Sera.
2. Solution ofSerum Proteins intended for Injection.
3. Vaccines .
4. Toxins .
5. Antigens .
6. Anti -toxins .
7. Sterilized surgical ligature and sterilized surgical
suture .
8. Bacteriophages .
9. Anti -sera for veterinary use .
10. Vaccines for veterinary use .
11. Toxoids for veterinary use.
12. Diagnostic Antigens for veterinary use.
