No. RS.1 /1 /2009 - L.-The following Order by the President dated the 21st January , 2009 is published for general information :-
" In exercise of the powers conferred upon me by clause (1 ) of article 85 of the Constitution , I hereby summon the Rajya Sabha to meet at New Delhi on Thursday, the 12th February, 2009 at 11.00 A.M. " संविधान के अनुच्छेद 85 के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, मैं एतद्वारा राज्य सभा को बृहस्पतिवार, 12फरवरी, 2009 को मध्याह्न पूर्व 11.00 बजे नई दिल्ली में समवेत होने के लिए आमंत्रित करती हूं ।
