आ. अ. 7( अ ). लोक प्रतिनिधित्व अधिनियम , 1951 ( 1951 का 43 ) की धारा 21 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए निर्वाचन आयोग एतद्वारा यह निदेश देता है कि राज्य में विधान सभा निर्वाचन क्षेत्रों के लिए रिटर्निंग अधिकारियों की नियुक्ति से सम्बन्धित समय-समय पर यथा-संशोधित दिनांक 12 मई, 2008 की अधिसूचना सं 434/राजस्थान- लो स/2008( 1 ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन किए जाएंगे ।
Q.N. 7(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 21 ofthe Representation of People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951) the Election Commission hereby directs that the following amendment shall be made in the Notification No.434/RJ -HP/2008 /(1 ), dated 12th May, 2008 as amended from time to time relating to the appointment ofReturning Officers for Parliamentary Constituencies in the State.
2. उक्त अधिसूचना से संलग्न सारणी के स्तम्भ (2 ) में मद सं. 6-जयपुर ग्रामीण के सामने स्तम्भ ( 2 ) विद्यमान प्रविष्टि के स्थान पर निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित की जाएगी :-
2. In column (2 ) of the Table appended to the said Notification for the existing entry in column (2) against items No. 6-Jaipur Rural , the following entry shall be substituted :-
