का.आ. 285(अ). केन्द्रीय सरकार , दक्षिण एशियाई विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 का 8 ) की धारा 1 की उपधारा ( 3 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 23 जनवरी , 2009 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है , जिसको उक्त अधिनियम के उपबंध प्रवृत्त होंगे ।
का.आ. 284(अ), केन्द्रीय सरकार , दक्षिण एशियाई विश्वविद्यालय अधिनियम, 2008 (2009 का 8 ) की धारा 4 की उपधारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , 23 जनवरी , 2009 को, उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है , जिसको दक्षिण एशियाई विश्वविद्यालय अस्तित्व में आएगा ।

S.O. 285 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (3 ) of Section 1 of the South Asian University Act , 2008 ( 8 of2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of January, 2009 as the date on which the provisions of the said Act shall come into force.
S.O. 284 (E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 4 of the South Asian University Act, 2008 ( 8 of2009), the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of January, 2009 as the date on which the University called " South Asian University" shall come into existence .
