का.आ. 292(अ) .-यतः , मै. ट्रिल इन्फो पार्क लिमिटेड ने तमिलनाडु राज्य के मम्बालमगुंडी तालुक के कनाराम गांव एवं मैलापोर- ट्रिपलीकेन तालुक के थिरूवनभियुर गांव , चेन्नई जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु एक क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन की स्थापना हेतु विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) ( जिसे एतपश्चात् उक्त अधिनियम कहा गया है) , की धारा 3 के अंतर्गत प्रस्ताव किया है;
और, यतः , केन्द्र सरकार , इस बात से संतुष्ट है कि उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप - धारा ( 8 ) के अंतर्गत अपेक्षाओं तथा अन्य संबंधित अपेक्षाओं को पूरा कर लिया गया है और उसने तमिलनाडु के मम्बालमगुंडी तालुक के कनागम गांव एवं मैलापोर- ट्रिपलीकेन तालुक के थिरूवनमियुर गांव , चेन्नई जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु क्षेत्र विशिष्ट विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास एवं प्रचालन हेतु उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 की उप- धारा ( 10 ) के अंतर्गत दिनांक 20 अगस्त, 2008 को अनुमोदन पत्र प्रदान कर दिया है;
अतः , अब , विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 की धारा 4 की उप- धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए और विशेष आर्थिक जोन नियम , 2006 के नियम 8 के अनुसरण में केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , तमिलनाडु राज्य के मम्बालमगुंडी तालुक के कनागम गांव एवं मैलापोर- ट्रिपलीकेन तालुक के थिरूवनमियुर गांव , चेन्नई जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु निम्नलिखित क्षेत्र को एक विशेष आर्थिक जोन के रूप में अधिसूचित करती है जिसमें निम्नलिखित तालिका में उल्लिखित सर्वेक्षण संख्याएं और क्षेत्र शामिल हैं, अर्थात्:-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 23rd January, 2009
S.O. 292 (E) . Whereas, M/s . Tril Infopark Limited , has proposed under Section 3 ofthe Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of 2005 ) , (hereinafter referred to as the said Act) , to set up a sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at Kanagam village of Mambalam -Guindy Taluk and Thiruvanmiyur village of Mylapore- Triplicane Taluk , Chennai Disrtict, in the State of Tamil Nadu ;
And, whereas , the Central Government is satisfied that requirements under sub - section ( 8 ) of Section 3 of the said Act, and other related requirements are fulfilled and it has granted letter of approval under sub- section ( 10) of Section 3 of the said Act for development and operation of the sector specific Special Economic Zone for information technology and information technology enabled services at the said Kanagam and Thiruvanmiyur village, Chennai District , in the State of Tamil Nadu on 20th August , 2008 ;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 4 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 and in pursuance of rule 8 of the Special Economic Zones Rules , 2006 , the Central Government hereby notifies the following area at Mambalam -Guindy Taluk and Thiruvanmiyur village of Mylapore Triplicane Taluk, Chennai Disrtict, in the State ofTamil Nadu , comprising of the Survey numbers and the area given in the Table below, as a Special Economic Zone , namely :-

का.आ. 293(अ).विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम , 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 13 की उप - धारा ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए, केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , उक्त अधिनियम के प्रयोजनार्थ मै. ट्रिल इन्फो पार्क लिमिटेड द्वारा मम्बालमगुंडी तालुक के कनागम गांव एवं मैलापोर - ट्रिपलीकेन तालुक के थिरूवनमियुर गांव , चेन्नई जिले में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विकसित विशेष आर्थिक जोन के लिए एक समिति , जिसे अनुमोदन समिति कहा जाएगा , गठित करती है , जिसके अध्यक्ष और सदस्य निम्नानुसार हैं, अर्थात्:-
1. विशेष आर्थिक जोन के विकास आयुक्त -अध्यक्ष , पदेन
2. निदेशक अथवा उप -सचिव , भारत सरकार , वाणिज्य एवं उद्योग मंत्रालय , वाणिज्य विभाग
या उसका नामिती जिसका स्तर अवर सचिव , भारत सरकार से कम नहीं होगा -सदस्य, पदेन
3. क्षेत्रीय संयुक्त विदेश व्यापार महानिदेशक , दिल्ली -सदस्य, पदेन
4. दिल्ली हवाई अड्डे के सीमाशुल्क आयुक्त अथवा उनका नामिति जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त
से कम नहीं होगा -सदस्य, पदेन
5. विशेष आर्थिक जोन पर भू- भागीय क्षेत्राधिकार रखने वाले आयकर आयुक्त अथवा उसका नामिती
जिसका स्तर संयुक्त आयुक्त से कम नहीं होगा -सदस्य, पदेन
6. निदेशक ( बैंकिंग ) , बैंकिंग प्रभाग , वित्त मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार --सदस्य, पदेम

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section ( 1 ) ofSection 13 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005 ) , the Central Government hereby constitutes a Committee to be called the Approval Committee for information technology and information technology enabled services SEZ at Kanagam village of Mambalam -Guindy Taluk and Thiruvanmiyur village of Mylapore -Triplicane Taluk, Chennai District, Tamil Nadu developed by M/ s. Tril Infopark Limited for the purposes of the said Act consisting ofthe following Chairperson and Members , namely:-

का.आ. 294(अ).-विशेष आर्थिक जोन अधिनियम, 2005 ( 2005 का 28 ) की धारा 53 की उप - धारा ( 2 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का उपयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय सरकार, एतद्वारा , दिनांक 23 जनवरी , 2009 को उस तारीख के रूप में नियत करती है जिस तारीख से मै. ट्रिल इन्फो पार्क लिमिटेड द्वारा मम्बालमगुंडी तालुक के कनागम गांव एवं मैलापोर- ट्रिपलीकेन तालुक के थिरूवनभियुर गांव , चेन्नई जिले तमिलनाडु में सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी तथा सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी समर्थित सेवाओं हेतु विकसित विशेष आर्थिक जोन को सीमाशुल्क अधिनियम, 1962 की धारा 7 के अंतर्गत अंतर्देशीय कंटेनर डिपो माना जाएगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub- section (2) of Section 53 of the Special Economic Zones Act, 2005 (28 of2005 ) , the Central Government hereby appoints the 23rd day of January, 2009 as the date from which the information technology and information technology enabled services Special Economic Zone at Kanagam village of Mambalam -Guindy Taluk and Thiruvanmiyur village of Mylapore-Triplicane Taluk, Chennai Disrtict , Tamil Nadu developed by M/s . Tril Infopark Limited shall be deemed to be Inland Container Depot under Section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 .

2. विकास आयुक्त के रूप में कार्यों का निष्पादन करने के लिए निदेशक , सॉफ्टवेयर टेक्नॉलोजी पार्क्स ऑफ इंडिया , नोएडा को केन्द्र सरकार, वाणिज्य विभाग तथा विशेष आर्थिक जोन अनुमोदन बोर्ड द्वारा समय - समय पर जारी किए गए अनुदेशों का अनुपालन करना होगा । वह वाणिज्य विभाग तथा विशेष आर्थिक जोन अनुमोदन बोर्ड द्वारा यथा निर्धारित आवधिक रिपोर्ट भी भेजेंगे । वह विकास आयुक्त के रूप में की गई सभी कार्यवाहियों के लिए वाणिज्य विभाग के प्रति जवाबदेह होंगे । तथपि , पदधारी की छुट्टी, स्थानांतरण , तैनाती आदि जैसे वैयक्तिक मामले सूचना प्रौद्योगिकी विभाग/सॉफ्टवेयर टेक्नॉलोजी पार्क्स ऑफ इंडिया जैसी भी स्थिति हो , द्वारा शासित होंगे ।

2. For discharge of the functions as Development Commissioner , Director , Software Technology Parks of India, Chennai , shall abide by the instructions of the Central Government, Department of Commerce and the Board of Approval on Special Economic Zones , issued from time to time . He shall be responsible to the Department of Commerce for all the actions taken as Development Commissioner .
