का.आ. 296(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार, अग्रिम संविदा (विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1952 ( 1952 का 74 ) की धारा 5 के. अधीन फर्स्ट कमोडिटीज एक्सचेंज ऑफ इंडिया लि. , कोची द्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण के लिए किए गए आवेदन पर वायदा बाजार आयोग , मुंबई के परामर्श से विचार करके और यह समाधान हो जाने पर कि ऐसा करना व्यापार के हित में तथा लोकहित में भी होगा , एतद्वारा उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 6 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए नारियल तेल , कोपरा और नारियल की खली में अग्रिम संविदाओं के सम्बन्ध में 1 फरवरी , 2009 से 31 जनवरी , 2012 तक (दोनों दिन शामिल ) अगले तीन वर्ष की अवधि के लिए मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी प्रदान करते हैं ।
2. एतद्वारा मान्यता के नवीकरण की मंजूरी इस शर्त पर दी जाती है कि उक्त एक्सचेंज वायदा बाजार आयोग द्वारा समय -समय पर दिए जाने वाले निर्देशों का अनुपालन करेगी ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 23rd January , 2009
S.O. 296(E) .-The Forward Markets Commission , Mumbai , having considered the application for renewal of recognition , made under Section 5 of the Forward Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1952 (74 of1952) , by the First Commodities Exchange of India Ltd, Kochi and being satisfied that it would be in the interest of the trade and also in public interest so to do, hereby grants in exercise of the powers conferred by Section 6 of the said Act , recognition to the said Exchange for a further period of three years from 1st February, 2009 to31st January, 2012 (both days inclusive) in respect of forward contracts in CoconutOil, Copra and Coconut Oil Cake .
2. The recognition hereby grants is subject to the condition that the said Exchange shall comply with such directions as may, from time to time be given by the Forward Markets Commission .
