का.आ. 297(अ ). विदेश व्यापार नीति , 2004-2009 के पैराग्राफ 2.1 के साथ पठित विदेश व्यापार ( विकास एवं विनियमन) अधिनियम , 1992 की धारा 3 ( 2 ) के साथ पठित धारा 5 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार , एतद्वारा , निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण , 2004-2009 की अनुसूची- I ( आयात ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है :-
1. " निर्यात और आयात मदों के आई टी सी ( एचएस ) वर्गीकरण की अनुसूची I के आई टी सी कोड 9501 , 9502, 9503 के अधीन आने वाले चीन से ' खिलौनों' का आयात , तत्काल प्रभाव से और अगले आदेशों तक छः महीने के लिए निषिद्ध है । "
2. इसे लोकहित में जारी किया जाता है ।

S.O. 297 (E) . In exercise of powers conferred by Section 5, read along with Section 3(2) ofthe Foreign Trade (Development and Regulation) Act, 1992, also read along with paragraph 2.1 of the Foreign Trade Policy, 2004- 2009, the Central Government hereby amends Schedule- I (Imports) of the ITC (HS) Classifications of Export and Import Items , 2004-2009 as under :-
1. " Import of 'Toys ' from China appearing under ITC Codes 9501, 9502, 9503 of Schedule - I of ITC (HS ) Classifications ofExport and Import Items is prohibited for sixmonths with immediate effect and until further orders ."
2. This issues in public interest.
