सा.का. नि. 50( अ )-भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो अधिनियम , 1986 ( 1986 का 63 ) की धारा 38 द्वारा प्रदत शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो की कार्यकारिणी समिति केन्द्रीय सरकार के पूर्व अनुमोदन से , भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों के सेवा निबंधन और शर्तें) विनियम, 2007 में संशोधन करने के लिए, एतद्वारा , निम्नलिखित विनियम बनाती है, अर्थात्:-
( 1 ) इन विनियमों को भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों के सेवा निबंधन और शर्तें ) संशोधन विनियम , 2009 कहा जाएगा ।

(2) ये राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से लागू होंगे ।
2. भारतीय मानक ब्यूरो ( कर्मचारियों के सेवा निबंधन और शर्तें ) विनियम 2007 , तृतीय अनुसूची हेतु, में निम्नलिखित अनुसूची को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात्:-

New Delhi , the 27th January 2009
G.S.R. 50(E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 38 of the Bureau of Indian Standards Act , 1986 ( 63 of 1986), the Executive Committee of the Bureau of Indian Standards with the previous approval of the Central Government hereby makes the following regulations futher to amend the Bureau of Indian Standards ( Terms and Conditions of Service ofEmployees) Regulations , 2007, namely :---
1. (1 ) These regulations may be called the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of employees) Amendment Regulations , 2009.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Bureau of Indian Standards (Terms and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations , 2007 , for the Third Schedule the following schedule shall be substituted , namely :----
