सा.का.नि. 52(अ).-केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क अधिनियम, 1944 (1944 का 1 ) की धारा 35ख की उप- धारा ( 1ख ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्रीय उत्पाद शुल्क एवं सीमाशुल्क बोर्ड एतद्वारा भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड ( i ) में संख्या सा.का.नि. 305 ( अ ) के तहत प्रकाशित भारत सरकार, वित्त मंत्रालय , राजस्व विभाग की दिनांक 13 मई , 2005 की अधिसूचना संख्या 25 /2005- के.उ.शु. (गै.टै. ) , में निम्नलिखित और संशोधन करता है , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना में , सारणी में, क्रम सं. 61 और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा, नामतः :-
