(गै . है. ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्
उक्त अधिसूचना में, सारणी और उससे संबंधित प्रविष्टियों के लिए निम्नलिखित को प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा , अर्थात् :-

( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 12फरवरी, 2007 को सं. साका.नि. 76 ( अ ) , दिनांक 12 फरवरी 2007 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खंड (i) में प्रकाशित की गई थी और तदनुसार उस में दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 2008 की सं. सा.का.नि. 31 ( अ ) के तहत अधिसूचना सं. 01/2008- ( गै.है. ) दिनांक 15 जनवरी , 2008 के अनुसार संशोधन किया गया था और दुबारा इसमें सं. सा.का.नि. 403 ( अ ) , दिनांक 27 मई, 2008 ( गै.है. ) के तहत अधिसूचना सं. 25/2008 ( गै.टै. ) दिनांक 27 मई , 2008 द्वारा संशोधन किया गया था और फिर सं. सा.का.नि. 679 ( अ ) , दिनांक 27 सितम्बर, 2008, के तहत अधिसूचना सं. 36/2008 ( गै.टै. ) , दिनांक 25 सितम्बर , 2008 द्वारा और संशोधन किया गया था ।

G.S.R. 54 (E). In exercise ofthe powers conferred by Sub - section (1B) of Section 35B of the Central Excise Act, 1944 ( 1 of 1944) , the Central Board of Excise and Customs hereby makes the following amendment in the notification ofthe Government of India, Ministry ofFinance , Department ofRevenue No. 5/2007 - Central Excise (N.T. ) , was published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part- II , Section 3 , Sub-section (i) vide number G.S.R. 76 (E) , dated the 12th February , 2007, namely :-
