का.आ. 361(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार, राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48) की धारा 3 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के तत्कालीन सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1206 (अ ) , तारीख 16 अक्तूबर , 2003 जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii) , तारीख 16 अक्तूबर, 2003 में प्रकाशित की गई थी , में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है , अर्थात्:
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, क्रम संख्या 1 के सामने " उत्तर दिनाजपुर " के संबंध में,
(1) स्तम्भ (3 ) में, प्रविष्टि " राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 31 के 498.800 कि.मी. से 533.370 कि.मी. " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 31 के 450.000 कि.मी. से451.000 कि.मी. और राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग संख्या 31 के 498.800 कि.मी. से 533.370 कि.मी. " रखी जाएगी;
(ii) स्तम्भ (6) में, प्रविष्टि" (34 ) छितलघाटा " के पश्चात् निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टियाँ अंतःस्थापित की जाएंगी , अर्थात्:-
" (35 ) मोहरन
(36) सूरजापुर" ।

S.O. 361 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of Section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification ofthe Government of India in the then Ministry of Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 1206 (E) , dated the 16th October, 2003 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (ii), dated the 16th October, 2003, namely:-
Inthe Schedule to the said notification , against Sl.No. 1 relating to district " Uttar Dinajpur" ,-
(i) in column (3) , for the entry " from Km . 498.800 to Km. 533.370 of National Highway No. 31 " , the

entry"from Km. 450.000 to Km . 451.000 and from Km. 498.800 to Km . 533.370 ofNational Highway No. 31 " shall be substituted ;
(ii) in column (6), after the entry "( 34) Chitalghata", the following entries shall be inserted , namely:-

(36) Surajpur" .

का.आ. 362(अ).-केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , राष्ट्रीय राजमार्ग अधिनियम , 1956 ( 1956 का 48 ) की धारा 3 क के खण्ड ( 1 ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत सरकार के पोत परिवहन , सड़क परिवहन और राजमार्ग मंत्रालय , की अधिसूचना संख्या का.आ. 1868 ( अ ) , तारीख 29 जुलाई 2008 , जो भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खंड ( ii) , तारीख 29 जुलाई , 2008, में प्रकाशित की गई थी , अर्थात्:-
उक्त अधिसूचना की अनुसूची में, गाँव/मौजा " ( 6 ) जियाखुरी " के सामने , सर्वेक्षण संख्या " 349 " के सामने , स्तम्भ (8 ) में प्रविष्टि " 0.0001 " के स्थान पर प्रविष्टि" 0.0061 " प्रतिस्थापित की जाएंगी ।

कोई व्यक्ति, जो उक्त भूमि में हितबद्ध है , उक्त अधिनियम की धारा 3 ग की उप- धारा ( 1 ) के अधीन , मूल अधिसूचना में उल्लिखित प्रयोजन के लिए ऐसी भूमि के उपयोग पर राजपत्र में इस अधिसूचना के प्रकाशन की तारीख से इक्कीस दिन के भीतर आक्षेप कर सकेगा ।

In exercise of the powers conferred by sub - section ( 1) of Section 3A of the National Highways Act , 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Shipping , Road Transport and Highways , number S.O. 1868 ( E) , dated the 29th July , 2008 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub -section (ii) , dated the 29th July, 2008 , namely:--
In the Schedule to said notification , against village/ Mouza "( 6) Jiyakhuri " , against survey number " 349 " , in column 8 for the entry "0.0001 " , the entry "0.0061 " shall be substituted .
Any person interested in the land mentioned in this notification may within Twenty One days from the date of publication ofthis notification in Official Gazette , object to the use of such land for the purpose mentioned in the principal notification under sub - section ( 1 ) of Section 3C of the said Act.
