का.आ. 352(अ).- केन्द्रीय सरकार, रेल अधिनियम , 1989 ( 1989 का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खंड ( 7क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए भारत के राजपत्र असाधारण भाग II , खंड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित रेल मंत्रालय ( रेलवे बोर्ड ) भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 1889 ( अ ) , तारीख 19 जुलाई , 2008 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए, जिसे ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ (2 ) में, उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकरण के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए ' सक्षम प्राधिकारी ' के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 19th January, 2009
S.O. 352 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Railways (RailwayBoard), vide Letter S.O. 1889(E) , dated 29th July, 2008 , published in the Gazette of India Extraordinary, Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section ( ii ) except as respect things done or omitted to be done before such supersession, the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as competent authority to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette .
