का.आ. 353(अ). केंद्रीय सरकार , रेल अधिनियम , 1989 (1989का 24 ) की धारा 2 के खण्ड ( क ) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , भारत के राजपत्र , असाधारण , भाग II,, खण्ड 3 , उप-खण्ड ( ii ) में प्रकाशित रेलवे मंत्रालय ( रेल बोर्ड ) भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना सं. का.आ. 2122 ( अ ) तारीख 27 अगस्त , 2008 को उन बातों के सिवाय अधिक्रांत करते हुए जिसे ऐसे अधिक्रमण से पूर्व किया गया है या करने से लोप किया गया है , इस अधिसूचना के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तारीख से , नीचे दी गई सारणी के स्तंभ ( 2 ) में, उल्लिखित अधिकारियों को उक्त अधिनियम के अधीन ऐसे प्राधिकरण के कृत्यों का निर्वहन करने के लिए ' सक्षम प्राधिकारी ' के रूप में प्राधिकृत करती है ।

MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (RAILWAY BOARD) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 19th January, 2009
S.O. 353 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (7A) ofSection 2 of the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) and in supersession of the notification of the Government of India, Ministry ofRailways (Railway Board) , vide Letter No. S.O. 2122 (E) dated 27th August, 2008 , pub- lished in theGazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub-section ( ii) except as respect things done or omitted tobe done before such supersession , the Central Govern- ment hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the table below as competent authority to perform the functions as such authority under the said Act with effect from the date ofpublication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
