सा.का.नि. 57(अ).-संविधान के अनुच्छेद 309 में परन्तुक द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए, राष्ट्रपति एतद्वारा आयकर समझौता आयोग ( समूह " ग " पद ) , भर्ती नियमावली , 2008 में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करते हैं, नामतः:
1. ( 1 ) ये नियम आयकर समझौता आयोग ( समूह " ग " पद) भर्ती संशोधन नियमावली , 2009 कहे जाएंगे ।
(2) ये भारत के राजपत्र में प्रकाशन की तिथि से प्रवृत्त
होंगे । '
2. आयकर समझौता आयोग ( समूह " ग " ) भर्ती नियमावली , 2008 , की अनुसूची में,-
(क) कॉलम 10 के शीर्षक के अंतर्गत तकनीकी सहायक के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. 1 पर पद के प्रति प्रविष्टि " लागू नहीं " को शामिल किया जाएगा ।
(ख) कॉलम 11 के शीर्षक के अंतर्गत आशुलिपिक श्रेणी II के पद से संबंधित क्रम सं. 3 के पद के प्रति, वर्तमान प्रविष्टि के लिए, " पदोन्नति न हो पाने के कारण प्रतिनियुक्ति" प्रविष्टिको प्रतिस्थापित किया जाएगा ।

टिप्पणी:-ये मूल नियमावली दिनांक 27 मार्च, 2008 के संख्या सा.का.नि. 52 के तहत भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खंड 3 , उप -खंड ( i ) में प्रकाशित किये गये थे ।

NOTIFICATION

G.S.R. 57(E). In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution , the President hereby makes the following amendments in the Income Tax Settlement Commission (Group "C" Posts ) Recruitment Rules , 2008, namely :-
1. (1) These rules may be called the Income Tax Settlement Commission (Group " C" Posts ) Recruitment Amendment Rules, 2009 .
(2) They shall come into force on the date oftheir publication in the Official Gazette .
2. In the Income Tax Settlement Commission (Group "C") Recruitment Rules , 2008 , in the Schedule,--
(a) against the post at serial number 1 relating to the post of Technical Assistant, under the heading in column 10 , the entry "Not applicable" shall be inserted;
(b) against the post at serial number 3 relating to the post of Stenographer Grade II, under the heading in column 11 , for the existing entry, the entry " Promotion failing which deputation" shall be substituted.
