का.आ. 370(अ) .-केन्द्रीय सरकार ने , मोटर यान अधिनियम , 1988 की धारा 58 ( 3 ) और धारा 110 (3 ) ( क) द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , वाहन विनिर्माताओं द्वारा अपनी फैक्टरियों से देश में विभिन्न बिक्री केन्द्रों के लिए मोटर यानों के परिवहन कार्य में लगाए गए पहले से ही रजिस्टर्ड यानों के संबंध में आयाम और अनुज्ञेय भार में दिनांक 18-7-2008 की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1722 (अ ) के तहत केन्द्रीय मोटर यान नियमावली , 1988 के नियम 93 की अधिकारिता से छूट प्रदान की थी जो इस प्रकार हैं-

NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January , 2009
S.O. 370(E) . In exercise of powers conferred under Section 58 (3 ) and Section 110 (3 ) (a) ofthe Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government granted exemption in dimension and permissible load in respect of already registered vehicles engaged by automobile manufacturers to carry motor vehicle from their factories to different sale outlets in the country from the purview of Rule 93 of CMVR, 1989 vide notification No. S.O. 1722 ( F ) , dated 18-7-2008 as under :--
