NOTIFICATION
New Delhi , the 30th January, 2009 श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय अधिसूचना नई दिल्ली, 30 जनवरी , 2009
S.O. 377 (E) . In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 4 ofthe Employees ' State Insurance Act, 1948 (34 of 1948) , the Central Government hereby makes the following amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Labour and Employment No. S.O. 1122(E) dated 9th May, 2008 published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary , Part II , Section 3 (ii ) dated the 9th May , 2008 .
का.आ. 377 (अ).-कर्मचारी राज्य बीमा अधिनियम , 1948 (1948 का 34 ) की धारा 4 द्वारा प्रदत्त शक्तियों का प्रयोग करते हुए , केन्द्र सरकार, एतद्वारा , दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 के भारत के राजपत्र, असाधारण , भाग II, खण्ड 3 ( ii) में प्रकाशित दिनांक 9 मई , 2008 की श्रम और रोजगार मंत्रालय , भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना संख्या का. आ. 1122 ( अ ) में निम्नलिखित संशोधन करती है ।
Inthe said notification under the heading "Appointed bythe Central Government under clause (h) of Section 4 inconsultation with organisations ofMedical Practitioners recognised by the Central Government for the purpose" against Sl . No. 53 the following entry shall be substituted, namely :-
उक्त अधिसूचना में " धारा 4 के खण्ड ( ज ) के अंतर्गत केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा इस प्रयोजन के लिए केन्द्र सरकार द्वारा मान्यता प्राप्त चिकित्सा व्यवसायी संगठनों के परामर्श से नियुक्त" शीर्षक के अंतर्गत क्रम संख्या 53 के सामने निम्नलिखित प्रविष्टि प्रतिस्थापित कीजाएगी , अर्थात्:-
