सा.का.नि. 64(अ).-पर्यावरण और वन मंत्रालय में दिनांक 20 जनवरी-26 जनवरी , 2008 को भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II, खण्ड 3 , उप - खण्ड (i ) , में दिनांक 18 दिसम्बर , 2007 को संख्या सा.का.नि. 20 द्वारा प्रकाशित की गई भारत सरकार की अधिसूचना के अंग्रेजीपाठ में
(i ) पांचवी पंक्ति में, " 2006 " , के स्थान पर " 2007 " रखा जाए ,
(i ) अधिसूचना के अंत में , निम्नलिखित पाद टिप्पणी जोड़ी जाएगी , अर्थात्:-
"पाद टिप्पणी- मूल नियम अधिसूचना सं. सा.का.नि. 174, दिनांक 13 मार्च, 2001 द्वारा दिनांक 24 मार्च , 2001 के भारत के राजपत्र , भाग II , खण्ड 3 , उप- खण्ड ( i ) में प्रकाशित किए गए थे । " ।

CORRIGENDUM
New Delhi, the 19th January, 2009
G.S.R. 64 (E ) . In the English version of the notification ofthe Government of India in the Ministry of Environment and Forests , published vide number G.S.R. 20, dated the 18th December, 2007 in the Gazette of India , Part II , Section 3 , Sub- section (i ) , dated the January 20-January 26, 2008 ,-
(i) in line 5, for "2006 " , substitute "2007" ,
(ii) at the end of the notification , the following foot note shall be added, namely :-
"Foot note. The principal rules were published videnotification number G.S.R. 174 , dated the 13th March, 2001 in the Gazette of India, Part II , Section 3 , Sub - section ( i ) , dated the 24thMarch, 2001. " .
